I've had excellent care from TiggaSmile Bedford since joining earlier this year, especially the saving of a tooth that had troubled me for years. My previous dentist had been unable to find the cause and when a little bit broke I expected to have to have an extraction. However, Tigga have saved the tooth and all is fine. They're also very kind and pleasant.

I have been going to the delightful Dr jagsi at TiggaSmile in Bedford for a few years now and was there yesterday.She told me that it's hard to recruit colleagues for what is essentially an NHS practice. That's hard to believe. There's a lot amiss with many NHS operations these days but she and her team are exemplary. They are exceptionally pleasant, swift, efficient and provide a professional yet affordable service.Moreover Dr Jagsi understandably takes enormous pride in prioritising before profit a service that is needed and appreciated by clients whom she knows full well will never make her rich. Hats off to her and the vanishing few who are like her. Incredible. Dr Jagsi made me feel very calm during all appointments and completely transformed my teeth positively after years of not going to the dentist, also explained everything nice and clearly. Her team are also very efficient at sorting appointments out and assisting during the session. Highly recommend coming to this practice! 5/5 stars and incredible work of dentistry!!!

Visiting the dentists isn't normally my idea of fun; and still less so when I need to have a filling. However, my recent filling with Syed Hussain was so painless that, when I assumed he was less than half way through and was merely giving me a break, he surprised me by saying that it was all completed. On top of being a very considerate and pain free experience, he and the team are also very polite, professional and efficient.
We’ve moved to Bedfordshire & were previously private patients in M Keynes. My Husband & I had no problem registering as NHS patients at Tigger, which was a pleasant surprise!We were nervous on our first visit, as it had been a while since our last dental checkup … the reception staff instantly put us at ease, and our Dentist Pas & her nurse were really lovely! We weren’t judged & were given lots of good advice on dental health.Highly recommend 👍😁
I was suffering with an broken tooth and called through 111 NHS to get this sorted. I was referred to Tigga Smile dental practice and they did so great. The procedure went well and the bedside manners of Dr Taz and it took 20 minutes altogether. Thank you xxx.

HI last year i went to TIGGASMILE BEDFORD for the first time .I have~not been to a dentist since I was a child ,so I made an appointment at Tiggasmile bedford ,I was not iooking forward to my visit but I was very surprised ,Lwas put at easestraight away and made very welcome had xray then made an appointment for next time and went back and had 18 teeth out inone go , I had false teeth fitted , Unfortunately i could not get on with them so now im going for implants and looking forward to them great team and recommend Tiggasmile to every one

So far I've only been for a check up, but was impressed by the spacious waiting room and very up to date looking consulting room. Receptionist and dental assistant very pleasant and welcoming, and the dentist herself was very pleasant and re-assuring. The dentist diagnosed a problem tooth that had hitherto been a mystery, and gave me confidence for the follow-up treatment.
I emailed this dentist they called me with an appointment very quickly I had a wisdom tooth removed on the day of my appointment. Very easily and fast, made to feel very welcome and at ease. Would highly recommend. 5*Also very clean in there and spacious.
As a person with dentist phobia it was very difficult for me to get to the dentist. After researching for a specialist who understands my fear, I’ve had the opportunity to meet Dr. Syed Majid Hussain. He understood my fear and he made it look easy. I’ve had 2 extractions made by him, I felt no pain, and the nurse was making sure that I don’t need to be afraid. Now I am looking forward for my next appointment! I recommend Tigga smile! Very friendly staff and very understandable with people like me!
I had my first NHS dentist appointment in 4 years here. They were very attentive and kind. The dentist gave me real advice on how to improve my smile. I was very impressed and felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. They are currently accepting new NHS denists. Fully recommend.

Tasnima was absolutely amazing! My first appointment she had seen myself and my 10 month old son, I explained that I’m not confident with my smile and it’s taken me a few years to get back to a dentist due to a poor experience previously. As a result of this I have a few cavities and broken teeth. She kept me calm and explained that the biggest step was walking through the door, and I’d accomplished that. Just had my second appointment and I’ve got Temporary fillings until I’m suitable for an x-ray, I was very nervous and scared and again, herself and the nurse helping made me feel so comfortable and just like we were chilling having a conversation in between each filling! She’s given me the confidence I needed and I fully trust her with all my future treatment. I won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you Tasnima and the ladies that helped on both of my appointments ❤️
Cannot fault them at all. The dentist I saw was extremely kind. Very warm and welcoming.When I struggled with the x-ray film in my mouth do to past experiences, talked to me and treated me like a human.
I was exceptionally impressed by all aspects. The booking for new patients was swift with plenty of appointment times. The surgery was clean and modern and the staff wer all very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
I have been going to a Dentist since the age of 8 when I stated with my teething issues and I am now 70. Never in all the years of my Dental journey have I met a dentist like Dr. Jagsi who is so professional and exceptionally good at what she does. I was waiting for the sharp pain with an injection normally felt but when she removed the syringe from my mouth and said all done I couldn't believe it. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. The Staff are friendly and courteous and go out of their way to accommodate any requests or issues you may have. I highly recommend Tigga-Smile Bedford to anyone needing a Dentist!!
A shame they have no NHS spaces at the moment. I went as an emergency and they could not have been more kind and thorough. The staff were lovely, the dentist I had explained everything and more importantly listened to my history. Very very pleased with my treatment.
A very efficient practice, clean, very friendly and helpful staff and relaxed atmosphere, great if like me you are a nervous patient at dentist's. Caring and understanding is their ethos!
I have had many bad experiences with dentist in the past that I won't go unless I'm in agony. When I say no prodding I mean no prodding, but they don't listen and start prodding and scraping with no numbing. I always feel pain on tooth extraction or drilling even after numbing so I have decided to go to tigga smile and have sedation. On my first visit I was made very welcome and got through it without being prodded or scraped and eventually I felt relaxed and am now awaiting my next visit for extraction and cleaning. So far 10 out of 10.😁
Like many I am not too keen on the dentist but after my first visit I was made to feel calm and well informed. The dentist was lovely and explained everything well. The receptionist was also lovely and very helpful
I have been with this Dental Practice since i moved from London 9 years ago and their service has been amazing all through out! Receptionists are always welcoming and smiling, and my dental practitioner has guided me and advised me through every appointment and does an amazing job! :)
Just moved into the area and registered here for a checkup. The whole team were very friendly and accommodating. The dentist I saw was excellent and thorough. Very happy to be registered here and will certainly be coming back. Had questions about their cosmetic dentistry services too, they were very helpful and would be my first choice.
Dr S M Hussain was so reassuring on everything he was doing telling me what he was doing next, as I'm very nervous person, his nurse was lovely the reception staff made you feel welcome, also very clean
The dentist is not something I enjoy, and avoid when I can, but the team here are amazing. The staff on reception are so friendly and helpful, the dentist and assistants are also amazing. Really made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job on filling my front tooth for me :)
I recently visited the centre where I received treatment for chip bonding and replacement fillings. Dr Hussain and his assistant were very professional, I felt comfortable in the clinic as they thoroughly explained the process of the work they were carrying out. They answered any questions I had to most importantly completing the appointment in an effective and efficient manner. The old composite was extracted with the new applied while perfectly matching the bonding of the chipped tooth. Overall a pleasant experience, I highly recommend this clinic and it's extremely skilled Dr's to patients of all ages.

I had a great first experience at this practice last week. The receptionist was very friendly and the practice is lovely. Dr Hussain was exemplary. He was accommodating and clear about each step of my treatment. He explained things carefully and answered any questions I had. During the treatment he was patient and catered to my individual needs. This is the best experience I have had with any dentist. I highly recommend Dr Hussain.
I was a new patient having moved to the area. I was very nervous as I’m no fan of the dentist. The place was very modern and the dentist was very calm, patient and reassuring. I had to have some cleaning done and the dentist was very gentle stopping regularly to give me a quick break/sallow/rest my jaw
the only thing to say is that he is perfect Mr. Huseyin speaks well with children born as dentists and works cleanly enough to be congratulated if there were more stars I would have given a dental clinic to be recommended thank you

Really excellent The premises are nice, modern and spotlessly clean The ladies on the reception could not have been more pleasant, helpful and friendly.... they really look like they enjoy being there. Mario sorted out my gum problems and did a wonderful job giving me an implant for a missing back tooth......... he really is incredibly skilled. It was only one tooth, one of the big molars at the back, but how nice to gain a tooth at my age and it makes chewing food so much better!! Now all I need to do is to save some more money up to have the other gaps filled in lol.
My first visit to the Bedford Dental Centre was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The dentist explained the works required in a non technical way and indicated that an email would provide further necessary data. A professional body.
Dr Hussain is absolutely amazing - best dentist I've ever been to. Highly highly recommend! He is so professional, calm and kind. He listened carefully to my concerns and went through all the options for treatment thoroughly. I went through the whole process and I'm so happy that I did. I am 77 years old and I have never had a dentist as good as Dr Hussain.There was no pain, he took care of me with my asthma and I just can't thank him enough for being a brilliant dentist

Yesterday I paid my first visit to this practice and cannot recommend it highly enough.My first contact was with the lovely reception who gave me a warm welcome and put me at ease.My appointment was with Dr Hussain who I found polite and knowledgeable and was prepared to answer any questions put to him in an honest and professional way.This is a clean very well run and friendly practice that I would not hesitate to use again.
